Walk into any Indian grocery store and ask for “Phitkari Aftershave Crystal” at the counter. They normally don’t stock it on the shelves but keep it behind the counter.

Chelostoma is not an infection which can be cured by alum (phitkari). Please see ENT (or ear specialist) doctor immediately if you haven’t done it already.

You need go to your grocery store and ask for phitkari. I’m not sure which part of India you live in and I don’t know how it’s pronounce in all local languages. If you are not from Hindi speaking region then take a printout of this image http://www.phitkari.com/images/Phitkari.png and show to grocerywala. Another way to explain what you are looking for is to ask for the stuff which is used (added in milk) to make chhenna from milk. I hope you can figure out what to ask and hopefully get it.
If you live in city then take a cruise to smaller town and find local grocery store. You can’t find it in malls in big cities.
